Mary Beth has been in commercial real estate since
graduating from Indiana University’s Real Estate/ Finance program in
1992. Mary Beth began her career with Sturges, Griffin, Trent &
Company (now CB Richard Ellis) in Valuation Services where she was
involved in the appraisal of commercial buildings. In 1994, she
transitioned into property management and was involved in the
management of a 500,000 square foot portfolio consisting of office
and retail properties. In 1996, Mary Beth joined Hines at their
640,000 SF facility management account at Thomson Consumer
Electronics’ Americas Headquarters, and later was responsible for
the 636,500 SF management of National City Center. In 1999, Mary
Beth joined
Cassidy Turley to specialize in office services.
